Our recruitment Manager further prescreen these short listed and evaluated candidates by calling them for personal interview and submit a list of these prescreened candidates with complete CV’s to the clients for final interview by their representative. It is after such exhaustive short listing and upon customer’s final approvalthose candidates are considered eligible for visa processing.
